Online purchases

We want you to feel great in the clothes you wear, and yes we get that it can sometimes be difficult to get the right cut or fit when purchasing online.  

We are happy to offer a refund for online purchases of regular priced merchandise.  All Sale items are final sale and shipping charges are not refundable.

All returned items must be accompanied by a receipt, all tags must still be attached, and the items must not have been worn and are free from odour

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Mynx Boutique cannot claim responsibility for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
